What is the function of a garbage incinerator?

The garbage incinerator is a device for incineration and treatment of garbage, the garbage is burned in the furnace, becomes exhaust gas into the secondary combustion chamber, burns completely under the forced combustion of the burner, and then enters the spray dust collector, and after dust removal, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The waste incinerator is composed of four major systems: garbage pretreatment system, incineration system, smoke biochemical dust removal system and gas generator (auxiliary ignition and incineration), integrating automatic feeding, screening, drying, incineration, ash cleaning, dust removal and automatic control.

Waste incinerator is a kind of harmless treatment equipment commonly used in medical and domestic waste and animal harmless treatment. The principle is to use the combustion of coal, oil, gas and other fuels to burn and carbonize the objects to be treated at high temperature to achieve the purpose of disinfection treatment.

Waste incineration is suitable for domestic waste, medical waste, general industrial waste (general industrial waste adopts high-temperature combustion, secondary oxygenation, automatic slag discharge high-tech measures to meet the monitoring requirements of sewage discharge), etc.

Compared to landfill and compost, waste incineration is more land-efficient and does not cause surface and groundwater pollution. With the acceleration of urbanization and the approaching limit of construction land indicators, garbage incineration has gradually become a realistic choice for large and medium-sized cities in the central and eastern regions with dense population, tight land use and garbage siege.
