Selection Requirements for Filter bags in Bag Dust Remover




1. The bag dust remover must be able to meet the requirements of dust removal efficiency. Therefore, the structure of the filter cloth should be selected according to the intensity of the filter bag cleaning.

2. Must meet the cleaning requirements. The resistance of the filter bag to maintain economic operation is 850-1600Pa. In addition to the reasonable selection of dust removal methods, the filter cloth is also required to be easy to remove dust. If the filter bag is made of cotton fabric and the temperature exceeds 90°C, the strength drops rapidly. At this lower temperature, the danger of condensation is great when filtering dusty flue gas. The working temperature of the glass fiber filter bag can reach 290°C, which not only has no risk of burning the filter bag and the flue gas to produce condensation, but also can directly treat the flue gas discharged from the waste heat boiler.

3. Must meet air permeability requirements. The air permeability of the fabric filter bag is an important filtering performance, and the water absorption of the fabric also has a decisive influence on the air permeability.
